The results from GREEN RAY’s experiments measuring methane slip onboard a Ro-Pax ferry in December 2022 and a cruise ship in May 2023 will be presented at the 2024 Transport Research Arena (TRA) in Dublin, Ireland.
The study will be presented by GREEN RAY’s partners from the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and the Finnish Meteorological Institute, and was authored by consortium members including Niina Kuittinen, Mikko Heikkilä, Jukka-Pekka Jalkanen and Kati Lehtoranta.
In 2024, the Transport Research Arena takes place from Monday 15 to Thursday 18 April. TRA is the foremost European transport event that covers all transport modes and all aspects of mobility.
TRA offers a great venue for researchers, policymakers and industry representatives to get together and contribute to the discussion on how research and innovation can reshape the transport and mobility system.
